How Our Process Works
- Look at Available Units (or Discuss Buying): Once we have your application, background check, and credit score, our Property Manager will be in contact with you to tour available units or provide an access code. Thinking about buying a home soon? Let us know—we can help you navigate the transition from renting to homeownership!
- Submit Your Application: Find current open units available for immediate move-in, or place your application online and we will contact you to discuss what will soon be available.
- Big-Picture Review: Just because you have a blemish on your background or a lower credit score doesn't mean we won't rent to you. This allows us to form a big-picture analysis to help you make the best decision possible. We want you to succeed, so we work together to ensure your housing choice is sustainable for your long-term goals.
- Lease Signing: Once you have decided on your new place, our Property Manager will design a lease to meet your needs. With our secure e-signature program, you can sign your new lease from anywhere—whether you're lying in bed or sitting in the school pick-up line. No office visit required!
